BooksThatChangeLives.au is the website for Christian Science Reading Rooms in Queensland. Some books on the website are designated as available for purchase online. Our primary means of communication with you is via the email address and telephone contact you have provided.
Changing or cancelling orders
We strive to fill your order same day. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at christiansciencewynnum@gmail.com to explain the situation, and please include a phone contact number. If the purchase has not yet been despatched, a full refund will be given. We will contact you by phone to process the refund as no credit card details are held by the site. In the event that the purchase has been despatched we will contact you by phone to discuss how it will be best for you to return the item in order to receive a full refund.
Returns policy
Returns for damaged or defective items
If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us by email as soon as possible after delivery via christiansciencewynnum@gmail.com. Please include your phone contact and also include photographic proof of the damage. We will then contact you to confirm the despatch of a replacement item to you. Should you wish to have a full refund we will contact you to discuss same.
Returns for change of mind
BooksThatChangeLives.au is not obligated to accept a return for a change of mind. However, should a change of mind have occurred, please inform us by email as soon as possible via christiansciencewynnum@gmail.com. Please include your phone contact and we will contact you to discuss same.
Delivery expectations
We will contact you via the email address you have provided to confirm despatch of your purchase and expected delivery date. Your purchase will be despatched to the shipping address you have provided.
